  3. When the publication is loaded press:
  4. F1 for quick help
  5. F2 to toggle the movie size between window and full-screen
  6.    (default: window playback) 
  7. F3 to enable/disable the automatic setting of the movie volume
  8.    (some video playback drivers do not support volume control)
  9.    (default: enabled)
  10. F6 to enable/disable startup warnings
  11.    (default: enabled)
  12. F8 to turn cursor on/off for use with touch screen
  13.    (default: on)
  14. F9 to set a bookmark
  15. F10 to go to a bookmark.

  17. When playing video, click the right mouse button to toggle between
  18. full-screen and window playback. Click on the video to toggle
  19. between pause and play.
